Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on 17 Jan 2019 on ten gas stations in Burdur following a preliminary inquiry based on allegations that gas stations in Burdur agreed to raise price for fuel and autogas contrary to Article 4 of the Competition Act No.4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements and concerted practices.
