Turkish Competition Board fined 9 poultry meat producers for fixing price levels and sharing information to control the supply in the Aegean region; and the Turkish Poultry Meat Producers and Breeders Association for its practices facilitating the anti-competitive conduct contrary to Article 4 of the Competition Act No. 4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements, concerted practices and decisions. The total amount of fines imposed is approx. TL 156 million.
