European Commission fines Valve and five PC video game publishers € 7.8 million

The European Commission fined Valve and the five publishers Bandai Namco, Capcom, Focus Home, Koch Media and ZeniMax € 7.8 million for infringing EU antitrust rules as a result of restricting cross border sales of certain PC video games on the basis of geographical location of users.
