As a result of an investigation based on alleged anti-competitive agreement to raise prices in the market of medium density fiberboard and particle board, Turkish Competition Board fined 11 undertakings for infringing Article 4 of the Competition Act No. 4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements and concerted practices.
