Following an investigation based on allegations that pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical warehouses infringed Article 4 of the Turkish Competition Act prohibiting anti-competitive conduct through price fixing and activities to charge prices above normal values while selling to hospitals, Turkish Competition Board fined Gül Ecza Deposu Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. TL 4,605,320.74 and Sonuç Ecza Deposu A.Ş. TL 1,408,899.08.
