Based on documents obtained during on-the-spot inspections with respect to a previous investigation on certain suppliers, producers and retailers operating in the market of fast moving consumer goods, Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on Coca-Cola Satış ve Dağıtım A.Ş. to determine whether Article 4 of the Turkish Competition Act prohibiting anti-competitive agreements had been infringed and decided to carry out the investigation on Coca-Cola Satış ve Dağıtım A.Ş. together with the previous investigation.
