Following a preliminary inquiry to determine whether Article 6 of the Turkish Competition Act prohibiting abuse of dominance had been infringed via favouring the service named DOLAP, operating in the market for platform services providing intermediary online sales of second hand products, through sharing customer information, and via preventing the data (in the DOLAP service) used by sellers from being transferred to competing platforms in a way to perform exclusionary practices in platform services providing intermediary online sales of second hand products, the Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on DSM Grup Danışmanlık İletişim ve Satış Ticaret A.Ş..
