Following a preliminary inquiry based on allegations of fixing resale prices of resellers by Korkmaz Mutfak Eşyaları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Gençler Ev Araç ve Gereçleri Pazarlama Tic. A.Ş. and Punto Dayanıklı Tüketim Malları İthalat İhracat Tic. Ltd. Şti., and customer restrictions on resellers by Korkmaz Mutfak Eşyaları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. contrary to Article 4 of the Turkish Competition Act prohibiting anti-competitive agreements, the Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on the previously mentioned companies.
