Following a preliminary inquiry based on allegations of anti-competitive conduct by Ferrero International and its subsidiaries in the stages covering production, purchase, crack and export in the hazelnut market contrary to Article 4 of the Turkish Competition Act prohibiting anti-competitive agreements, the Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on Ferrero Fındık İthalat İhracat ve Ticaret A.Ş.
