Following the presentation of a settlement text by Erbak Uludağ Pazarlama Satış ve Dağıtım AŞ, the Turkish Competition Board terminated an investigation initiated to decide whether that undertaking had fixed resale prices of its buyers. The undertaking was fined TL 16,831,692.00 after a 25% discount for settlement.
