Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on July 19th, 2017 concerning 19 poultry meat producers and the relevant association of undertakings, namely Turkish Poultry Meat Producers and Breeders Association, following a preliminary inquiry based on an allegation that Article 4 of the Competition Act No.4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements has been violated.
