Turkish Competition Board has initiated an investigation on 18 July 2018 on Red Bull Gıda Dağıtım ve Pazarlama Tic. Ltd. Şti. following a preliminary inquiry based on allegations that Red Bull applied de facto exclusivity and resale price maintenance. The investigation aims to find out whether Red Bull has infringed Article 6 of the Competition Act prohibiting abuse of dominance.
