Following a preliminary inquiry, Turkish Competition Board has initiated an investigation on Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz and BMW to determine whether their practices involving cooperation on safety, environment and SCR technology have infringed Article 4 of the Competition Act No. 4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements and conduct.
