Following an investigation based on allegations of customer sharing and indefinite non-competition obligation towards those customers contrary to Article 4 of the Competition Act No.4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements, Turkish Competition Board fined Transorient Uluslararası Taşımacılık ve Ticaret A.Ş. TL 2,918,622.95 and Tunaset Biofarma Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş. TL 242,136.45. A third undertaking, namely Biopharma Logistics Uluslararası Taşımacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., was not fined due to leniency application.
