European Commission has opened an investigation to make detailed competitive assassments regarding Orange’s acquisition of VOO and Brutélé. The Commission has concerns that the transaction could reduce competition in the retail markets for the supply of fixed internet services, audio visual services and multi play bundles in Belgium.
