Turkish Competition Board concluded the investigation on Hayırlı El Kozmetik Pazarlama A.Ş. through settlement. It was decided that Hayırlı El Kozmetik Pazarlama A.Ş. infringed Article 4 of the Competition Act No. 4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements through fixing resale prices of its resellers. As a result, Turkish Competition Board fined Hayırlı El Kozmetik Pazarlama A.Ş. TL 288,883.67 after applying 25% discount to the fine.
