Following the presentation of a settlement text by Panek Ziraat Aletleri Dayanıklı Tüketim Malzemeleri Otomotiv Yakıt Petrol Ürünleri Tarım Tic. A.Ş., the Turkish Competition Board terminated an investigation initiated to decide whether that undertaking had intervened in resale prices of retailers contrary to Article 4 of the Competition Act No.4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements. The undertaking was fined TL 27,304,867.30 after a 25% discount for settlement.
