Following the presentation of a settlement text by NAOS İstanbul Kozmetik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., the Turkish Competition Board terminated an investigation initiated to decide whether that undertaking had intervened in resale prices of resellers contrary to Article 4 of the Competition Act No.4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements. The undertaking was fined TL 4,965,727.30 after a 25% discount for settlement.
