Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on June 1st, 2017 against Çelebi Bandırma Uluslararası Limanı İşletmeciliği A.Ş. following a preliminary inquiry based on an allegation that Çelebi Bandırma Uluslararası Limanı İşletmeciliği A.Ş. has abused its dominant position through excessive pricing in its port services provided to ro ro transport companies in Bandırma port. The investigation, initiated by the decision numbered 17-18/266-M, aims to determine whether Article 6 of the Competition Act No. 4054 prohibiting abuse of dominant position has been violated.
