Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on June 8th, 2017 against Türk Henkel Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. following a preliminary inquiry based on an allegation that Türk Henkel Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. applied resale price maintenance regarding its products. The investigation, initiated by the decision numbered 17-19/286-M, aims to determine whether Article 4 of the Competition Act No. 4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements has been violated.
