Turkish Competition Board has initiated an investigation on 12 June 2018 on Istanbul Customs Brokers Association following a preliminary inquiry based on an allegation that decisions of the association have violated Article 4 of the Competition Act No.4054 prohibiting anti-competitive decisions of associations of undertakings.
