Following a preliminary inquiry based on an allegation that autogas dealers operating in Adıyaman city center agreed to raise prices, the Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation about 16 autogas dealers on 19th of January 2017. The investigation aims to find whether those autogas dealers have violated Article 4 of the Competition Act No.4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements, concerted practices and decisions.
